NEW BOARD MEMBERS 

Over the last 6 months, we have undertaken a thorough process to refresh and revitalise the SALT Board. We are pleased to be able to welcome new Board members to the SALT team. Their collective passion and skill are a welcome injection into the SALT organisation, and they will assist to guide and support us in our aspiration for national expansion.

Robin is the master’s qualified, CEO of Gymnastics Victoria, with a career that has been deeply intrenched and involved in grassroots sport, through his tenure at Tennis Australia and the Australian Institute of Sport. He has a sport background, governance focus and grass roots community led ideals.

Ronda is an experienced Board member and Non-Executive Director in the Public and Private / NFP Space (Relationships Australia, TRY), with a passion for SALT and for sport. Ronda recently retired as CEO of Carrington Health, has strong Government relationships, grants, and funding experience, with further experience and focus on impact measurement. Ronda has great reach into local and state government with a drive and ambition to make a difference.
