In senior clubs we meet firstly with the committee, then with the entire playing group to set the direction. We run the SALT Club Health Check which becomes the measuring tool for progress and reporting over the journey. There is a strong focus on wellbeing and mental health with the delivery of that course and the training and development of a Club Wellbeing Team. We also work with leaders and developing leaders to create the momentum needed to shape the future culture of the club.

In junior clubs we also meet firstly with the committee and run the Club Health Check. We then move our focus on to the coaches, parents and team managers and run the courses specifically designed for them. These are the major influencers within junior clubs. We then run a minimum of 3 education programs for the kids based around the needs we identify within the club.
