Community Bank Doncaster East and Templestowe Village recently presented us with a cheque for $20,000 at their recent Community Partners Night.  This is for a collaboration with Yarra Junior Football League and SALT to produce a professional, self-guided version of SALT's Positive Sports Parenting program which will be rolled out to the @yjfl_au in 2025. During Melbourne Cup week, there’s a large focus on the connection between sport and gambling. Betting companies spend millions of dollars during this time to target young men in particular, and often they're successful in recruiting life long gamblers. Gambling is a major issue in Australia, which is why we work with clubs to examine and reshape the relationship that sport has with gambling.  If your club would be interested in having a Team First Leadership or Clubs With Heart session with a focus on this issue, there is an opportunity for it to be fully funded.
