As well as presenting for SALT, I am the founder of Inclusive Engagement which supports community sporting organisations to create more inclusive environments and meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities.
Previously, I have been involved within the community services industry for over 23 years which included over 10 years working within the criminal justice system.
In 2019 I coached the Hawthorn AFL Blind team to a premiership while also coaching the State AFL team in Football Integration Development Association (FIDA).
Within all these spaces, I have worked with people with a dual diagnosis including mental health support needs and I am passionate about supporting people of all backgrounds and abilities to reach their potential through the SALT programs.
One fun fact about me is that to get over my fear of heights I did flying trapeze classes.
